Take a walk on The Barkside
The Barkside started back in 2011 with one simple goal, to make dog care better. From day one, we’ve always put the safety, happiness and wellbeing of every dog in our care first.
Our first shop opened in Manchester City Centre, just by Piccadilly, where we offer everything from doggy day care and professional grooming to a great range of products for dogs. We wanted to create a place where dogs feel happy, safe and at home, while giving their owners peace of mind.
As we grew, so did The Barkside. We opened our second shop and grooming salon at Kampus in the heart of Manchester City Centre, giving even more local dogs and their owners the chance to be part of the Barkside family. We also launched our online shop, making it even easier to get all your doggy essentials.
And now, we’ve grown again! We’re excited to have opened our third Barkside location in Heaton Moor, Stockport. Our Heaton Moor shop has a grooming salon and shop, where you can find everything your dog needs.
We’ve come a long way since 2011, but our love for dogs has never changed. From Manchester City Centre to Heaton Moor, we’re here to make life with your dog that little bit easier, happier and more fun.
So whether they’re coming in for a freshen up at the salon, picking up their favourite treats, finding something new in the shop or simply popping in for a fuss, we’d love to see you both.
